but ya im in chch,
umm What you after in chch ?
low Cost/Close to centre city?
or is there a specific place ur after?

I'm from Wellington, and not very up on the real estate market, but you could try emailing Hammond Peek, the Christchurch Chair and see if he can point you in the right direction. His email is h.rpeek@xtra.co.nz.
You could also look for places to rent on www.trademe.co.nz. Look under Real Estate- Rentals and select Christchurch and your budget to start browsing. It's a good site. |
